The locals say that if you stand inside this bell tower, look upwards and make a wish, it will come true.
To prevent exactly that, the authorities locked it up.
But I still managed to look out at the city far ahead of me from behind the bars.

The locals call this church a gingerbread house.
I declined tasting it, but it sure looks like this.

I like meeting cats.
Even though I probably could not live with one for very long, I absolutely adore them. They usually notice.

Anachronism, you’d say. Just a movie shoot, you’d say. Well, I’ll tell you something that’s not on this picture.
The other side of that house was not painted fresh, unlike the one you and the viewers are supposed to see.
Cheap bastards.

Today downtown looked absolutely shocking.
Empty. Twenty times less people and cars than usual, at 15:00. And the smoke, settled down and static like a fog. Even in the subway. You can’t see one end of a station standing on the other one. And on the Old Square you can see a total Silent Hill.
Makes one want to scourge the nearby shops for makeshift weapons and go looking for a little girl to save, bludgeoning zombies along the way.
And later, everything will get covered in rust, blood and dirty bandages, and it will start to rain…
update: Rain did start and went on throughout all the night, so I was really looking forward to finding the blood and dirty bandages. Needless to say I didn’t find any.

This tower has been under construction for the past ten or even fifteen years, it still is, but in the fog it looks like it’s already complete somehow.

I met those two butterflies dead in a long-forgotten shop window. On this particular side, the shop is not adjacent to any populated street, so the window generally remains unused — by everyone except the insects who sometimes find their death in there.
可哀相…
